These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Threelio (the "Service"). By accessing or using Threelio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

2. Marketplace

Threelio provides a platform where clients and freelancers can transact. Threelio is not a party to any contract for services between users.

3. Payments & Escrow

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Funds may be held in escrow until deliverables are approved.

4. Fees

Threelio charges service and payment-processing fees as disclosed at checkout.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Threelio for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or infringement of intellectual property.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threelio's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Threelio is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
