Choose a package on a gig page. Payment is held in escrow — freelancers only get paid after you approve.

Every package includes a set number of revisions. Use the order page to request changes clearly.

Creating a gig+
Go to Create Gig, add packages (basic/standard/premium), delivery times, and revisions. Publish when ready.

Complete your profile, price fairly, respond fast, and deliver quality. Reviews build momentum.
Payments
How payments work+
Buyers pay upfront. Funds are held in escrow. Freelancers are paid to their Stripe account after order approval.
Fees and commission+
Buyers cover the platform fee. Freelancers keep 100% of their quoted rate.
Escrow
What is escrow?+
Escrow means payments are held safely until the buyer approves the work. Neither party can access the funds until then.
Stripe payouts
Setting up Stripe Connect+
Freelancers connect their Stripe account under Payments. Stripe handles KYC, tax forms, and payouts to your bank.
Payout schedule+
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule based on your country. Check your Stripe dashboard for details.
Disputes
Opening a dispute+
If you can't resolve an issue with the other party, open a dispute from the order page. Our team reviews evidence and decides fairly.
Providing evidence+
Attach files, screenshots, and messages. The more context, the faster the resolution.
Reviews
Leaving a review+
After an order is complete, both parties can rate each other. Reviews are public and cannot be edited after 30 days.
