Refund & Dispute Policy

Threelio holds order funds in escrow until deliverables are approved or the order auto-completes.

Revisions

Buyers can request revisions inside the revision window included with the purchased package.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in full or in part where a freelancer fails to deliver, delivers materially different work, or where a dispute concludes in the buyer's favor.

Disputes

Either party can open a dispute from the order page. Threelio's Resolution team reviews evidence submitted by both parties and issues a binding decision.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated at the card issuer may result in account restrictions until resolved.
