- Account details (name, email, role).
- Profile content you publish (skills, portfolio, bio).
- Transactional data (orders, deliveries, payments) processed through our payment providers.
- Usage data (pages viewed, features used) when you consent to analytics cookies.
How we use information
- To operate the marketplace and deliver core features.
- To detect fraud and enforce our Terms.
- To send transactional emails you cannot fully opt out of for security/payment reasons.
- To send optional emails (marketing, saved-search alerts) that you can disable in Settings.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors that provide hosting, payments, email, and analytics. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights

Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal or accounting obligations.

Data is encrypted in transit. We rely on our infrastructure providers for encryption at rest.
